Cancellation policy

For the benefit and respect of all our clients and professionals, booking appointments with The Nailtel are subject to the following terms:

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge anytime 24 hours preceding the start time of your appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

  • If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price of the scheduled service(s), plus 20% gratuity.

  • Group appointments (3+ guests): Please note that our 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to large group bookings due to the unique staffing and material requirements. We require a 72-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. Instead, if you cancel your appointment less than 72-hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the total services booked.

  • Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

  • As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.

  • To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will need to either shorten the length of your service time in consideration of the next client. This often means skipping the massage portion of your service, unfortunately.

  • Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s), even if there is not enough time to render them.

  • Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.
